Bhakti Flow Yoga Classes
Fridays from 7:00-8:00am PT beginning September 25, 2020
This is a deep, slow flow yoga class that includes pranayama (breathwork), mudra (hand gestures), asana (poses), nadi shuddhi vyayama (prana channel clearing exercises) and more. These classes are suitable for all experience levels as I offer modifications according to the students present.
Datta Kriya Yoga Classes
Sundays from 7:00-7:45am PT beginning September 27, 2020
The Datta Kriya Yoga classes will be taught in the more classical Indian style and will include gentle practices with the goal to increase overall health. No experience necessary. All levels welcome.
